Common questions
How do I learn to play?
On the home screen tap Learn to Play. Auntie Pearl walks you through one quick hand in about three minutes. You can leave it any time.
How do I sort my cards?
Tap ⇅ Sort under your hand, then Arrange. Your sets and runs go side by side. The button blinks at the start of every deal to remind you.
How do I host more than three tables?
Every player can host three tables free. After that, Support the Game & Unlock Tables is a one-time purchase in the game that lets you host for ever. Joining someone else’s table is always free, and nothing you buy helps you win.
I bought Unlock Tables. How do I get it on a new phone?
Open the Unlock page and tap Restore my purchase, using the same Google Play or App Store account you bought with. A purchase can’t move between iPhone and Android, because the two stores don’t share purchases.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, so they handle refunds. Ask from your Google Play order history, or from Apple’s Report a Problem page.
Someone is behaving badly at a table.
Open the chat (💬) at the table. Next to each player there’s Mute, which hides their messages on your phone, and Report, which emails us with the table code filled in. The host can also remove a player while the table is in its waiting room. We remove players who abuse others.
Is there real money to win?
No. Caribbean Kalooki has no betting, wagering or cash prizes. Points are just for bragging rights.
How do I delete my account?
In the game, open your Profile and tap Delete my account. More on the Delete your account page.
